Tutorial Schedule Form

- Instructions:
- Deadline: Please register by Friday, February 7.
- Indicate below whether you can attend a tutorial in any
of the listed time slots.
- It is not pre-determined which slots will be for Version A and
which ones for Version B. We will try to
find an optimal solution once all your registrations are in.
- Important: Older versions of the Mozilla web browser
including all Netscape
6.x releases have a bug that prevents form data from being
sent. Please upgrade your web browser if you appear to be
